I first heard of Anowa Adjah many years ago and quickly became an big enthusiast of her Instagram.
If you don’t know who i’m talking about, Anowa Adjah is the most popular Nigerian fitness model in the United States (and possibly almost anywhere really).
She’s almost twice my size and I can only dream of ever being as strong as she is one day!
Anowa has twin boys and looks so fabulous, you won’t even believe it. I don’t replicate any of Anowa Adjah’s workouts (that might be plagiarism). However, I do enjoy doing lots and lots of workouts inspired by her.
You can expect any workouts inspired by her to be quick, powerful, and focused.
