Stop and Go Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Onions
- Spinach
- Cucumber
- Whole wheat wrap
- Salad dressing (optional)
- Meat (optional)
Method
- Chop and toss together the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, spinach, cucumber, and meat.
- Top with some salad dressing and wrap in a whole wheat wrap
