Sometimes, the weight loss industry treats women as if we’re all the same.
One thing I know for sure is that we are not.
Specifically, some highly social people have unique challenges when it comes to weight loss.
For example, for the majority of highly social people, brunch is not a luxury. It is a PRIORITY.

Time spent socializing is never a waste. And, quite frankly, is higher priority than hitting the gym.
Some trainers would gawk at this.
Or worse, make the woman think she is somehow unreasonable for wanting to socialize over cocktails with friends.
This is where the “how bad do you want it…grrr” narrative typically comes in.
Personally, I see the benefit of socializing. I see why brunch is important. I don’t think it’s my job to turn women trying to lose weight into robots.
I do think – however, that it is my job to share the best tips available to enable my brunching ladies succeed at losing weight.
You don’t need to be a robot to lose weight.
