Yes, it is true that you have to eat more to gain weight but that’s not the whole story.

  3. Not much improvement in the areas that you were hoping to improve – like the butt, legs, and thighs.

To gain weight, you do get to eat more but you can’t stop there.

You should aim to eat about 1 to 1.5g of protein per pound of your body weight per day.

The remainder of your calories can be split however you like between fat and carbs.
