Don’t ever fall for the hype that if you don’t work out 7 days a week, every single week you’re doing something wrong.

Exercising everyday is the ultimate goal but – before you get there – you have to start from somewhere.

And I assure you – wherever you’re starting from is good enough.

Main Benefit of This Approach

The amazing thing is, when you start small, there’s only one way to go – UP.

But if you make it too hard for yourself from the beginning. Yikes!

So, in a nutshell,

  1. Have a well designed plan where you don’t have to think about what to do
  2. Decide in advance which days a week you plan to work out (put it in your calendar)
  3. Show up on those days and show yourself the beast in you!

I love you and I believe in you 100%.
