And everyone wants more definition in their abs, right?

What the help of this workout, you can

  1. Get those lines on the sides of your abs

To clarify, I’m not suggesting that you can burn fat directly from your abs.

The human body unfortunately does not work that way (yet).

Right now, the best we can do is to burn fat from head to toe and hope some comes off the abs.

Maybe in the future, scientists will save us all and there will be a more efficient way to go about this.

But for now, this is where we are.

This Ab Workout Includes

  1. A *little* bit of cardio to burn fat.
  2. Toning exercises to strengthen and define your abs

I am SO excited to be able to share this workout with you.

I am not one of those people that was born with abs.

It took some time and understanding to get to the point where I am today.

So, I encourage you to have patience with yourself and try to understand your body.

I can’t count how many times I read articles that said things like:

  • “crunches are stupid”
  • “crunches don’t work”
  • “just lose weight” etc. etc.

Well, guess what I found out?

For me, it turned out that crunches were not stupid at all.

They were the KEY to finally seeing some definition in my abs!

I still incorporate crunches into my routine at every opportunity because of this.

I say all this to emphasize that this workout is a starting point.

Definitely listen to your body.

It has a lot of wisdom to teach you.

That sounds so weird haha but I believe that.

Learn from your body and you will have a wonderful relationship with it for a very long time.

Ok. I think I’m done with this state of the union speech now. haha

Let’s get into the actual workout.
