A “stop and go” wrap is what you eat when you need to eat healthy but you’re too tired to get fancy.

Stop and Go Wrap Recipe


  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce 
  • Onions
  • Spinach
  • Cucumber
  • Whole wheat wrap
  • Salad dressing (optional)
  • Meat (optional)


  1. Chop and toss together the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, spinach, cucumber, and meat.
  2. Top with some salad dressing and wrap in a whole wheat wrap
