Losing the Extra Fat
In the process of growing your booty, you will, inevitably gain extra fat- and that isn’t going to be localized to just your booty, but other regions of your body as well.
Losing that specific weight can be a bit tricky, but it can be done. So don’t freak out if you see a little extra fat in unexpected places.
It’s part of the process! And if you follow the eating instructions for my Booty program, you will be able to minimize this fat gain!
You Have to Keep Working Out to Maintain It
Just like any other workout program or fitness routine, you need to make sure you keep working out consistently if you want to maintain your results.
That’s one of the key things to remember if you’ve got a small butt and are planning to get it bigger and rounder.
If you stop working out once you reach your goal, you’ll go straight back to where you started.
And guess what? This applies to all forms of exercise, not just booty exercises.
You won’t have to put in the same level of effort to maintain your booty (maintenance is less work) but you do have to put in some work.
Weight Lifting is a ‘Yes’
If you’re a professional bodybuilder or a bikini competitor, weight lifting is an absolute must for you, especially if you have a small butt.
Notes on Keto & Low Carb
If you’re on a keto or low carb diet, and are worried if growing your small butt is possible while still sticking to it, yes it is!
You don’t actually have to switch diets just to get that perfect booty!
This works for people on other diets too.
The main thing to keep in mind is your total daily calories and macros.
Whatever it is, just make sure your protein and macros are correct, and you’re pretty much sorted!
Macros is the ratio of fat : carbs : protein you consume per day
You’ll Have to Alter Your Jeans
Once you’ve got your booty the way you want it to be, finding the right pair of jeans can be tricky.
If you manage to find jeans that fit you perfectly around your booty, they’ll most likely be loose at the waist, so you might have to get your jeans altered.
Not a bad problem to have, but I just thought I’d throw that in there. 😃
