A perfect week of workouts is not necessarily a week where you workout every single day.

It is a week where you workout everyday that you plan to workout.
For true beginners, that might mean 1 – 2 days a week to start.
For some of you, it could be 4 days a week.
And yes – for others – it might be 6 to 7 days a week.
Here’s the point.
Don’t ever fall for the hype that if you don’t work out 7 days a week, every single week you’re doing something wrong.
Exercising everyday is the ultimate goal but – before you get there – you have to start from somewhere.
And I assure you – wherever you’re starting from is good enough.
Main Benefit of This Approach
The amazing thing is, when you start small, there’s only one way to go – UP.
But if you make it too hard for yourself from the beginning. Yikes!
So, in a nutshell,
- Have a well designed plan where you don’t have to think about what to do
- Decide in advance which days a week you plan to work out (put it in your calendar)
- Show up on those days and show yourself the beast in you!
I love you and I believe in you 100%.
