I want to share this fantastic technique or the two-minute ‘miracle’ routine that has been working for me.
It’s a simple but powerful routine I try to remember to do in the mornings.
All you have to do is inhale
*hold* your breath for a few seconds…I like to hold for 7 seconds but your mileage may vary
…and exhale slooooowly.
Try it if you sometimes wake up feeling frazzled like me LOL
